2 1/2 cups Deya’s Gluten-Free Cake Flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Colored sugar for sprinkling
Cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, Deya’s Gluten-Free Cake Flour, baking powder, and vanilla to the egg mixture and beat until combined.
Chill the dough for 3-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 375ºF
Roll chilled dough between two sheets of wax paper until desired thickness, dust with Deya’s Gluten-Free Cake Flour as needed.
Cut shapes out of dough and move to a silpat covered cookie sheet.
Sprinkle cookies with colored sugar.
Bake for 7-12 minutes depending on the size of your cookie.
