- 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- Mix the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, until just combined.
- Add the sugar and mix until smooth.
- Ice, and enjoy!
