So use your recipe with our flour and you'll be able to convert all of your favorite dishes into gluten-free delights! No recipe alterations are required.

How is the flour shipped to me?
We ship our flour by USPS Ground. Please expect your shipment to arrive within 10 days of your purchase.
How long is a bag of flour good for?
The flour will last for approximately two years when stored in our resealable bag in a cool and dry place. Please see the expiration date on your specific bag of flour. We do, however, recommend you store your bags of flour in the refrigerator.
What ingredients are in the Cake Flour?
The Cake Flour is a blend of Potato Starch, White Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Dried Egg Whites, and Guar Gum.
Are your flours Kosher and Non-GMO?
Yes! Our flour blends are OU Kosher certified and are Non-GMO.
